Returning to work is rarely a single step. A Graduated Return to Work programme builds a staged pathway back into employment, designed around the client’s actual workplace and reviewed as they progress.
How it works
The programme begins with a thorough assessment of the workplace. From there a staged plan is built, which may include light or alternative duties in the early phases, specific equipment or aids, and a schedule for increasing hours and responsibilities.
Regular on-site monitoring means the plan is adjusted against how the client is genuinely coping — not left to run on assumptions made at the start.
Who it’s for
Clients cleared to return to work but not yet able to resume their full pre-injury role, and employers who want that return handled properly.
