Through this website we collect only what you provide in the referral form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the service being requested, the client's region, any notes you add, and any files you attach.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, confirm the appropriate service, and arrange next steps. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing.
Where it is stored
This website does not store referral submissions. When you submit the form, the details and any attachments are emailed directly to our referrals mailbox and then discarded. No copy is retained on the website or by our hosting provider.
Client records created in the course of delivering our services are held in our own systems, separately from this website.
